VCP’s global fund placement team seeks to foster long-term relationships between General Partners and our international network of investors. When we present an opportunity to an LP, we do so with a conviction that reflects the thoroughness of our diligence and our intimate understanding of the investor’s own needs. Every year, we review hundreds of potential clients across all strategies and asset classes, but agree to work only with a select few non-competing managers that meet our exacting criteria.

We help managers with premarketing, fund documentation and terms, coordinate roadshows, follow-up and due diligence, and help point the way through the ever-changing regulatory landscape.
